Welcome to Cafe Aimee!  Bienvenue!

If you've ever been on a winding street in Europe where small shops, bistros, patisseries and boulangeries are located, you'll know what to expect from Cafe Aimee.  The cobblestone tile floor will remind you of the narrow streets in France.  The smells from homemade soups, sauces and traditional dishes will entice you to enter.

Cafe Aimee serves country European cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere.  Your breakfast or lunch will be prepared right in the dining room while you watch.  Only the freshest, quality ingredients are used to create a simple but elegant meal for you.  Cafe Aimee is dedicated to the European traditions of good food, friends and family.

   Remember when...

....you could smell the aroma and essences from your Nana's kitchen?  You still can experience those sensory delights here from our fresh baked goods and homemade soups.  Only Nana could put more love into cooking.  You can enjoy the moments when you stood in her kitchen as a child waiting with anticipation as she let you taste the soups and sauces.  Life is too short not to take the time to remember

those simple joys.

Where you'll find us...

Numerous ski resorts are located less than an hour's drive away.  The beautiful Mount Evans Byway, the highest paved road in North America, is only a few minutes away.  Idaho Springs and Clear Creek County offer many activities for families and sports enthusiasts.

May we introduce you to a

wonderful friend?

Our friend Corey lives in France and writes a beautiful blog.  Her photos are fabulous and it is a joy to read her blog each day.  You may have seen photos of her home in Victoria Magazine or her photos and writing in Sommerset or Romantic Homes.  There is a link at the bottom of the page that will take you to her blog, Tongue in Cheek,  and I'm sure you'll enjoy her writings and photos as much as we do.
