Our Story.....

Cafe Aimee is a dream.  After owning and operating a catering business and a restaurant in Florida and a restaurant here in Colorado, it was only a matter of time.  Searched for the right property and finally found it, bought it, remodeled and opened.  To open our doors each day and greet our friends, meet new people and share the gift and art of cooking and dining is a dream come true.  No other business or profession could be as rewarding to us.  This is a passion.

You are always welcome to relax and enjoy the art of dining again.  A simple cup of coffee or latte becomes an island of time in your day.  No hustle bustle and no scurrying.  We want to make you feel as special as you are.  If you have a story for us, we'll listen and perhaps share one of ours if you wish.
